If you’re not currently attending church you’re not in the minority.
Lots of people are “Churched out”. They’re sick of religion, false advertising and tired of churches
claiming to be something they’re not. I’m on your side with this thing. The key element that’s missing,
that many congregations have seem to have forgotten, is that God must show up.
We need to believe in something substantial, an immovable rock that never changes. We need to believe in something that works. I believe with all my heart that what will fix this world, your family, your life, is a true relationship with Jesus Christ. God is relevant. God doesn’t work through religion. God takes imperfect people, like you and I, and does things with perfection through them.
The most important part of ministry is evangelism, bringing the truth to a lost and dying world. I believe today more than any other time men are having to work harder than ever to feel good. Could it be they’re looking in the wrong place?
The answer is simply…God.
Since I was very young, I’ve had the opportunity to see many people come
to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. I believe the success
of one’s ministry should be measured not by the number of people under
that ministry but by the number of lives being
changed. This is how Jesus set it up, that
man would come together in this thing
called “the church” and worship.
