We believe that in the beginning, before there was anything else…God was.
He is found in the three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. All things were created by Him and nothing that was created was created without Him.
Because of man’s disobedience, he was separated from God’s holiness, which created a dilemma, a division between God and man.
In the fullness of time, God sent his only son that whoever might believe upon his death, burial and resurrection, would be born again. This made it possible for man to be spiritually reunited with his heavenly Father. Jesus came to do for us what we could not do for ourselves.
It is God’s free gift and not by works that we are made right with Him. There is only one name under heaven by which a man can be saved, the man Jesus Christ.
“ Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given
to men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12
We believe eternal life is based upon the faith that Christ is the son of the living God who gave his perfect life as a ransom for us so that we might not have to face God’s wrath as a penalty for sin.
Christ ascended back to heaven and now sits at the right hand of the Father and will one day come back for those who believe and have repented for their sins.
We believe that water baptism is the first act of obedience. The submersion not only illustrates the death, burial and resurrection of Christ but also is an outward sign of an inward change.
We believe at the time of a man’s acceptance through faith in Christ there is an indwelling of the Holy Spirit. We further believe in a separate infilling, a baptism in the Holy Spirit which gives a man a greater anointing and power to share the truth of Jesus Christ.
Christ will return to bring justice to the world.
There shall be two resurrections where He will judge the just and the unjust.
The righteous shall enter into God’s kingdom where there shall be no end. The unrighteous shall be separated from God forever. All men will one day stand and give an account for their life, for the things they did in their body, whether they were good or bad.
